Appointments:
Appointments are available on Monday in McLean, VA in addition to office hours in Ashburn, VA Tuesday through Friday with evening appointments offered. Furthermore, Saturday appointments may be available upon request in Ashburn, VA.
Insurance:
Pinnacle Psychology Associates, PLC participates with Cigna, Aetna and Anthem BCBS insurance plans. If you are a member of one of these insurance plans your co-payment is required at the conclusion of each session. If you are associated with a different insurance carrier, full payment for services is expected at the conclusion of each session. We will provide a comprehensive receipt after each appointment that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Although it is your responsibility to file for reimbursement, we will provide any assistance possible to help in the process. Please note, reimbursements will vary depending on your insurance carrier.
